Legal reporting obligation (digital guest book) & Online check-in
In Austria, accommodation providers are obliged to keep a guest register. To do this, all guests must provide their registration details in full and confirm the accuracy of the information (digitally by signature).
To make the process as easy as possible for you, we offer digital check-in:
• In advance from home via the link in the booking confirmation or via our app, or
• Classically on site upon arrival.
After sending the registration form on the day of arrival, data collection is carried out digitally by default. We do not proactively contact each guest individually; please complete the online check-in yourself. If the confirmation is still missing before arrival, it can of course be made up for no later than upon arrival.
Please note: Incomplete or unconfirmed registration details may lead to queries/checks by the competent authorities and administrative consequences may be provided for. We thank you for your cooperation.
Dogs
Dogs are warmly welcome! However, out of respect for all guests, pets are not allowed in the dining or wellness areas. A fee of €10 per day is charged for their stay.

Cancellation conditions
Our cancellation conditions vary depending on the rate/offer and season (e.g. last minute, early bird, Christmas/Carnival) as well as for packages; the conditions displayed in the IBE during the booking process or at the latest upon the deposit request/transfer (if the deposit is not made directly via the IBE) shall prevail.
Standard rates (3/4 board, room/breakfast, overnight stay): free of charge up to 91 days before arrival (deposit will be retained), 90–42 days 30%, 41–14 days 40%, 13–10 days 70%, 9–5 days 90%, from 4 days/No-Show 100%.
