Holidays should be easy. Especially when gluten has to be constantly considered in everyday life. At the Mandarfner Hof in Mandarfen near St. Leonhard in the Pitztal, you can arrive, relax and enjoy. With a keen sense for good food, clear communication and a team that knows what matters when it comes to coeliac disease and gluten intolerance.

Gluten-free is more than just an alternative

Anyone who needs to follow a gluten-free diet doesn’t want to explain every little detail while on holiday. That’s why the topic isn’t an afterthought at the Mandarfner Hof. We’re well-versed in cross-contamination, guarantee strict separation, and serve a wholesome menu instead of a compromise.

You can always rely on one thing: honest cooking that thinks ahead.

"Great experience with friendly service & beautiful ambience."

I am gluten-free, and they really accommodated this well, as the chef herself also follows a gluten-free diet. Very varied in terms of themes too: from gala dinners to a simple "Austrian tapas" evening. We really lacked nothing!

Thoughtfully crafted from breakfast to dinner

Whether it's breakfast, afternoon snack or dinner: at the Mandarfner Hof, good food is part of the holiday experience.

And this experience should also be just as satisfying, high-quality and enjoyable when gluten-free.

Snacks can be gluten-free too!

The three-quarter enjoyment package also includes the afternoon snack. After an active day in the Pitztal, whether hiking, skiing or simply taking time out on the terrace, you can sit down and enjoy something small. The snack is also gluten-free if this was reported when booking.
