In our culinary hotel, you can literally taste Tyrol, seductively presented every day on your plate. We process only best regional ingredients that can be found right around our hotel. Whether aromatic alpine herbs, freshly harvested fruit and vegetables or fresh fish from our clear mountain lakes and pure mountain creeks – we are grateful for our nature’s wealth.

Bread and pastry originate from regional bakers, who all still operate in line with old principles of craftsmanship. We obtain milk, cheese, eggs and meat from neighbouring farms that are managed with great passion and look back on longstanding family traditions. Best quality and the particular taste are top priorities determining our selection process.

At breakfast, you are awaited by a large buffet with butter, honey, jams, yogurt, muesli, spreads, sausage and cheese as well as bread and pastry, egg meals and fresh fruit. Get ready to be surprised anew every day and extensively fortify yourself for your outdoor adventures! In the afternoon, you can enjoy the snack buffet with sweet and savoury delicacies in our restaurant.

Another component of your culinary pampering programme at our Mandarfner Hof in St. Leonhard in the Pitztal is an exclusive set dinner that is creatively and lovingly arranged by our chef de cuisine in line with seasonal aspects. Choose your favourite meal among traditional, international, light or vegetarian dishes. A festive farmer’s night, various themed buffets and, as special highlight, a Gala dinner perfectly round your culinary experience off.

Dominik, the head chef at Mandarfnerhof, and his kitchen team are well-versed in the topic of gluten. I've been following a gluten-free diet for years and, as a trained chef, I've collected and continually improved my favorite recipes so that our guests at Mandarfner Hof can enjoy worry-free just like my family and I.
